This event is open to both Chamber members and nonmembers.

Join us at the Talent & Inclusion Summit for a high-impact, half-day experience focused on the strategies, trends, and best practices shaping the future of work.

Whether you’re shaping strategy, leading teams, or supporting talent at any level, you’ll leave with fresh ideas, valuable insights, and actionable strategies you can put to work immediately.

Broadening the Talent Pipeline: Expanding Hiring Opportunities

This panel will highlight the experiences of under-employed members of our workforce, while also exploring the practical steps employers can take to tap into these talent pools. Through real stories and candid discussion, participants will gain insight into how to reduce barriers, shift perspectives, and create pathways for long-term success.
