Description

Are you a business owner or leader who feels that they've got lots of ideas for improving your business, but never get around to implementing them? Or, you've started multiple improvement efforts and none of them are getting done quickly enough? If so, you are not alone and this course is for you.

In this course, you will learn a system of continuous improvement that will help you identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, provide you with organizing and planning tools, and be taught how to implement effective accountability mechanisms. You will also learn that continuous improvement is about a cultural shift and getting key players to understand that their role is to simultaneously run and improve the business.

Running a business is hard. Simultaneously improving it is even harder. But the more effective you become at improving the business the easier the day-to-day becomes and the faster you can accomplish your goals.
