For many women, the pressure to accommodate, help others meet expectations, and continually take on more can make it difficult to protect their time, energy, well-being, and priorities. Learning to set healthy boundaries - and honor them consistently - is an act of self-respect, empowerment, and intentional leadership.

Through personal stories, practical insights, and interactive reflection, Daquetta P. Jones-Johnson will share lessons from her own journey of learning to establish, communicate, and maintain healthy boundaries, offering valuable strategies for those looking to protect their time, energy, and well-being while remaining effective, compassionate, and connected to what matters most.
