You’re showing up. You’re doing the work. You’re achieving success. So why does something still feel…off?

This interactive, reflective session is designed for professionals, business owners, and leaders to pause, reconnect, and realign to gain insight into where they may be holding back, and what it looks like to come home to themselves. Michelle Dray will explore the hidden cost of constant acceleration and how it’s quietly pulling us away from who we are. She introduces a practical approach to authenticity: 80% Authentic, 20% Not, helping you navigate real-world expectations without losing yourself in the process.

Participants will examine how they currently show up, where boundaries may be blurred or missing, and what it looks like to live and lead from a place of authenticity.

By attending, participants will leave with:

  • Awareness of how external expectations shape identity and decision-making
  • Practical insight and tools into setting, reexamining, and honoring personal and professional boundaries
  • Language to check in with themselves more intentionally (“How am I, really?”)
  • A sense of belonging and shared experience with others

Speaker Michelle Dray

Michelle Dray is a global leader at a Big 4 consulting firm, executive coach, mindfulness teacher, and author of the forthcoming book The Authentic Revolution (working title). With over two decades of experience in corporate leadership, she brings a unique blend of business insight and human-centered development to her work.

Michelle supports women in navigating the pressures of modern work - and life - without losing themselves along the way. Her work centers on helping individuals recognize where they feel “off,” reconnect with who they are and what truly matters, and lead with greater authenticity and confidence.

She is the creator of The Authentic Transformation—a practical, experience-based journey that supports women in coming home to themselves through both her book and her program.
