This event is open to both Chamber members and non-members.
LGBTQ+ professionals are an essential part of the Capital Region's workforce, leadership pipeline, and business community. Despite being represented across all levels of the business ecosystem, from front-line employees to senior leadership, the Queer community’s contributions and perspectives are often underrepresented in conversations about workplace culture, talent development, and economic growth.
A panel of LGBTQ+ business leaders and allies will explore how organizations can foster welcoming, inclusive workplaces where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. The discussion will highlight practical ways employers and colleagues can strengthen allyship, foster belonging, and support professional growth, while also examining how leaders across the Capital Region can elevate visibility and expand opportunities for LGBTQ+ members of our business community.
