“The only constant is change.” This truism highlights the idea that change is inevitable, whether we like it or not. Learning how to embrace and adapt to change in our personal and professional lives allows us to face new experiences with a healthier perspective and live happier and more fulfilling lives.

This session is for you if you want to:

  • Understand why some people struggle with change while others thrive on it
  • Learn how to engage in positive coping strategies rather than negative
  • Develop the skills to build resiliency in the face of change.

By attending, you will learn:

  • The personal response we go through when experiencing change, known as SARA
  • The four phases of change and how the SARA response plays out in each stage
  • Positive coping strategies for managing change
  • Three key traits of resilient people and how to build them in yourself
