Given the unprecedented challenges the COVID-19 situation places on in-person gatherings, we will be conducting the Spring Team Leadership course using the hybrid online approach of our Make Leading Easier program. This program will start on April 30.

Our Make Leading Easier online program covers the same content as the original Team Leadership course. And, for many of you, this downtime may present a unique opportunity to develop professionally so you can come out of this stronger and better.

The step-by-step trainings cover leading, managing, communicating and driving execution. The only difference? You’ll work through a series of courses at your own pace and participate in live, virtual meetings with the other members of your learning group, instead of in-person at the Capital Region Chamber. This alternate experience of our Team Leadership course content will allow you not to delay your opportunity to improve your leadership and management knowledge and skills.

May 28 at 10 am ET | Questions and discussion about Managing Your Team module
June 11 at 10 am ET | Questions and discussion about Communicating with Your Team module
June 25 at 10 am ET | Questions and discussion about Driving Team Execution module
