The COVID-19 vaccines have given many employers hope that business and the workplace is returning to normal. This program will discuss the legal and employee relations considerations with vaccines in the workplace, such as:

• The legality of vaccination mandates
• What employers can and cannot require of employees
• Accommodations to consider based on medical or religious objections
• Ways to educate and encourage employees to get vaccinated
• Ways to address employees concerns and fears
