Marvin and Company a regional CPA firm is searching for a Full-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. This position will be based out of the Latham office. This position is accountable for providing customer service, secretarial, clerical and administrative support to firm employees, clients and guests.

The person must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and have the ability to learn new technology quickly. Excellent project management and organizational skills are a must. Demonstrated ability to deal with phone and email inquiries in a friendly, professional manner, as well as keep an organized reception area is essential.
