The Assistant Manager assists with scheduling and monitoring branch activities for the Bank’s Northeast branch network.   

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor and/or Trustco Bank’s Board of Directors.

  • Ensures that each branch is staffed and safely opens on time.
  • Reviews branch requests for approval pertaining to customer accounts and activities.
  • Assist branch staff with delinquent accounts and fraudulent transactions.
  • Assist branch staff with general questions and concerns.
  • Assist with customer concerns and questions as needed. 
  • Assist with reports for Senior Management as needed. 
  • Assist with new projects as needed.
