Association Data and Records Manager
A New York State based Association is looking for a detailed oriented employee to assume the duties of our database and records manager.
Primary responsibilities include tracking membership; maintaining and regularly updating various databases; keeping training and attendance records; managing association committee assignment and activities; overseeing and maintaining multiple databases; updating critical contact lists; filing electronic documents, records and data; preparing and processing mailing lists.
This position has a great deal of direct contact with association members on the phone and through email. Great customer service skills, a keen attention to detail, good organizational skills, time management and flexibility are important for successful applicants to this position.
Must have familiarity with Microsoft programs and membership or customer relationship management databases. Government and association experience is preferred. Expected salary range $55,000 to $60,000.
