Alaant Workforce Solutions is immediately hiring a Bank Teller for our client. This is a full-time, direct hire role offering $15.50 per hour to start, plus regular incentives.
Hours and Benefits for the Bank Teller:
- Full-time, Direct Hire
- $15.50-16.00 per hour with bi-weekly and quarterly incentives
- Paid Time off, Health Benefit Package, Holiday Pay and 401K
Responsibilities for the Bank Teller:
- Greet, welcome and assist all customers
- Provide support to customers with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashing checks, other routine transactions
- Assist and support members with technology tools and applications
- Provide information and suggestions for other financial products (personal loans, debit cards, credit cards, auto loans, etc.) based on member needs
- Prepare reports and perform data entry of critical information
- Create and maintain a friendly lobby environment for all visitors
Requirement for the Bank Teller:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of sales/customer service experience. Prior banking experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills
