Alaant Workforce Solutions is immediately hiring a Banking Call Center Representative for our client. This is a full-time, in office, direct hire role offering $19.00 per hour, plus regular incentives.

Hours and Benefits for the Banking Call Center Representative

  • Full-time, Direct Hire
  • $19 per hour with Bi-weekly and quarterly incentives

Responsibilities for the Banking Call Center Representative

  • Provide support to customers with questions regarding passwords, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, recording of deposits and other routine transactions
  • Assist and support members with technology tools and applications (i.e. Apps, online portals, password resets, etc.)
  • Provide information and suggestions for other financial products (personal loans, debit cards, credit cards, auto loans, etc.) based on member needs
  • Prepare reports and perform data entry of critical information
  • Create and maintain a friendly and exceptional customer experience

Requirements for the Banking Call Center Representative

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of sales/customer service experience. Prior banking experience preferred
  • Prior sales or upselling experience is a must
  • Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Experience handling a high number of in-person or phone-based customers daily
