Responsibilities for the Business Development Associate:
- Prospect and generate qualified leads by cold calling prospects and schedule appointments with key stakeholders who make business decisions leading to sales.
- Understand prospective clients' needs/wants/pain points and provide them with the appropriate information that would assist with their specific needs.
- Work individually and collaboratively to meet monthly sales goals.
Requirements for the Business Development Associate:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience cold calling required
- Experience prospecting and lead generation for business development and sales opportunities.
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience with social media/branding outreach messaging a plus!
