Hours and Benefits for the Call Center Representative:
- Direct hire, 4-day work week!
- Up to $18.00 per hour
- Sunday-Wednesday 8am-7pm
- Excellent benefits including a 401k and employee stock ownership!
Responsibilities for the Call Center Representative:
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions
- Process payments
- Work to resolve repair issues
- Guide product users through features and functionalities
Requirements for the Call Center Representative:
- Minimum of two years in an inbound call center
- Excellent customer service skills

Marine: 4100, 4130
