Coordinator for Enrollment Management


The Coordinator for Enrollment Management (CEM) will work in close collaboration with staff in the Division of Enrollment Management to grow and diversify new enrollment. The CEM will support the Vice President of Enrollment Management, assist with editing and delivery of written and electronic collateral related to enrollment at the College, including brochures, presentations, event invitations, letters, emails, social media posts and website content for the EM Division. The CEM will work with the Vice President of Enrollment Management on reports and presentations related enrollment activities at the College.

 • Edit and facilitate creation of communications, print and electronic collateral related to enrollment at the College and track performance for admission and financial aid related content
 • Create and manage the communication time line and delivery of direct mail, letters, emails and invitations
 • Develop and edit content for communications, brochures, view and look books, presentations and event invitations
 • Communicate/collaborate with outside vendors
 • Perform editing and proof reading with the ability to synthesize and customize communication, while appropriately articulating the College’s brand, based on target audiences and division goals
 • Assistance with purchasing activities for the Enrollment Management Division
 • Assist with social media posts for the Enrollment Management Division
 • Attendance and participation in all major Enrollment Management events is required

Required Qualifications

• Ability to produce and edit high quality and quantity of written content for communications and electronic collateral, occasionally under tight timelines
 • Excellent attention to detail and with superb organizational skills
 • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, etc.)
 • Enthusiastic about use of technology to help interested students connect with the College
 • Ability to collaborate and get results in a team environment
 • Client service oriented with the ability to communicate effectively with members of the College
 • Capacity to work independently, as well as in a team environment
 • Able to prioritize and to redefine priorities when necessary
 • Positive attitude
 • Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing or similar programs
 • 2+ years of professional experience in communications management, marketing, college admissions or administrative support

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Technolutions Slate CRM
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok and Canva
• Experience and success creating, editing and delivering communications for college recruitment office

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
