Responsibilities involve general maintenance, cleanliness and orderliness to ensure facilities and equipment are in good shape at all times.  Will clean, dust and vacuum the building on a regular basis.  Duties include trash removal, cleaning windows, light building maintenance.  Will shovel/salt sidewalks as needed and remove debris from grounds and parking lots.  Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order as needed.  Will troubleshoot general problems and repair and replace general hardware, ceiling tiles, lightbulbs, etc.  Some painting and assisting with moving office furniture when necessary. 


This position is part-time offering 20 hours per week. An ideal schedule would be Monday – Friday, 12:00pm – 4:00pm but we are flexible.  


This position has the potential to increase hours for additional duties. 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • One year of similar cleaning and maintenance experience.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and cleaning equipment.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and walk for short distances.
  • Must have a clean driver’s license and be insurable to operate agency vehicles.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
