 First New York Federal Credit Union is seeking an e-Services Manager who will assist in Information Technology project planning, implementation and tracking of specific projects, which have a beginning, end and specified deliverables. Will provide for research, management and coordination of all digital channels, associated vendors (acting as liaison) and be responsible for monitoring systems availability, performance, maintenance and reporting. They will ensure staff knowledge related to channel upgrades/enhancements and feature/functionality changes, managing data analytics and reporting related to member demographics and channel usage. Duties include remaining abreast of industry and competitor offerings related to e-service products. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure timely and appropriate processing of e-service information. Will develop and maintain project schedules and ensure thorough documentation. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. Must have a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Business Management and 3 years’ experience in Project Management or Minimum of 7 years in Project Management.
