ABOUT THE POSITION
In this position, you would be responsible for collaborating with HR leadership to implement and oversee key employee experience, recognition, and engagement initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle. Responsible for onboarding, leading activities committee, promoting wellness programs, communicating employee successes, and maintaining employee communications. Will play substantial role in DEI&B initiatives as identified by HR leadership
ABOUT THE POSITION
In this position, you would be responsible for collaborating with HR leadership to implement and oversee key employee experience, recognition, and engagement initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle. Responsible for onboarding, leading activities committee, promoting wellness programs, communicating employee successes, and maintaining employee communications. Will play substantial role in DEI&B initiatives as identified by HR leadership.
§ Lead onboarding process to deliver informative, welcoming experience for both new hires and transfer employees. Includes meeting facilitation, communications, tracking, surveys, presenter coordination, and content management.
§ Manage employee lifecycle communications including: hire/promotion/retirement announcements, celebration planning, condolence recognition, and other employee milestone events. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Marketing and other stakeholders to gather information and publicize employee successes on ADP and/or social media platforms.
§ Maintain responsibility for ADP Home Page management and oversee administrative updates including: email distribution lists, Officer List, Weekly Staff Changes List, Phone List and Traveling Staff document.
§ Lead Arrow Activities Committee working in collaboration with HR leadership; schedule meetings, maintain membership, plan/coordinate activities, and oversee subcommittees.
§ Oversee and administer Company Wellness Program in collaboration with HR leadership; plan and execute activities promoting employee health and wellness; collaborate with insurance providers and wellness champions to provide relevant content and follow up.
§ Promote awareness of importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion through employee communications, thoughtful dialog, and meaningful action.
§ Establish budget and manage expenses associated with events and activities: provide post-campaign analysis, budget recaps and participant feedback, and incorporate learnings into future plans.
§ Use analysis from employee surveys to identify opportunities for improvement to employee experience and make recommendations for changes.
§ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required
§ 6+ years of experience in human resources, communications, marketing, or related field required
§ Solid organizational, project management, and leadership skills; willing to take initiative to meet goals
§ Excellent communications skills; ability to write professional communications and select appropriate medium; adept at creating and delivering presentations and materials
§ Exceptionally collaborative: able to bring together diverse individuals with a common goal and drive projects to a timely completion; function effectively in cross-functional collaborative teams
§ Creative thinker, positive attitude, team oriented, self-motivated, and highly enthusiastic
§ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
