
Executive Director
The Board of Directors for LifePath is seeking a proven, innovative and strategic leader to serve as the Executive Director for the organization. The Executive Director will have full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility and lead a committed team of employees and volunteers. He/she will oversee all operation, public relations, marketing, program and fundraising activities to assure LifePath fulfills its mission.
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Not for Profit Management or related program
Minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in a not for profitPrevious Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibly for a midsize Not-for Profit (NFP), highly desirable
Experience in recruiting, supporting and leading a high performance team
Proven track record of financial growth and income diversification
Experience in working with, and reporting to, a Board of Directors
Experience in working with the community; including other NFPs, community organizers, funders, government leaders, and a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of senior care issues and key players in the field at the federal, state, and local level highly desirable
Compensation: Salary range: $92,000- $96,000; a comprehensive benefit package that includes a generous, paid time-off policy, health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and Aflac policies.
