Alaant Workforce Solutions is hiring a Facilities Technician for a leading scientific research facility in Germantown, NY. You will be crucial to assisting with day to day operations and troubleshooting and repairing important equipment.
 

This is a direct hire, full-time opportunity offering comprehensive benefits eligible on day one! The role offers $18.00 per hour for entry level candidates with higher pay rates for those with experience!


What you will do in the position:

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment
  • Repair equipment including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic
  • Document information on equipment 
  • Troubleshoot malfunctions
  • Assist with HVAC maintenance 


Successful technicians bring any combination of the following experience:

  • Experience with maintenance preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work in changing conditions
