Guest Services Part-Time

SUMMARY: Represent the Center to the general public.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times. Ensure that patrons enter and exit the building on a orderly fashion. Provide assistance in an emergency evacuation. Maintain the rules and regulations of the building. Direct patron locations requests. Exercise restraint and patience when dealing with a disruptive patron. Communicate to Security Supervisor any patron actions that may be disruptive or inappropriate. Advise supervisors of any patron accidents All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
KNOWLEADGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:  Good communication skills. Employee must be at least 18 years old. Prior customer service experience required. HS Diploma/GED required.
