Lending Support Associate

The Lending Support Associate performs all required lending processing and servicing functions as they relate to real estate, consumer, or commercial loans. Will work closely with Loan Experts and Underwriters to determine what information is outstanding and follows up on these items in a timely manner. This includes, but is not limited to, gathering insurance binders, vehicle titles, and income verification. Performs the discharge of mortgage process, follows up on homeowners and flood insurance, coordinates disbursal of loans, processes and distributes Home Equity Line of Credit letters, records collateral of consumer loans, and prepares reports accordingly.  

Must have strong communication skills and maintain a high level of confidentiality.  

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.  

One to two years of similar or related experience in Loan Processing/Servicing required.
