Job Type: Full-time

Pay for Maintenance Technician:

$18 / hour

Tasks for Maintenance Technician:

• Maintain, clean, repair various commercial properties in Troy area
• Fit-ups for new tenants
• Preventative maintenance
• Respond to work orders promptly

Qualifications for Maintenance Technician:

• Maintenance experience required
• Lift up to 50 lbs

Work Schedule for Maintenance Technician:

Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM
