
Member Service Representative
First New York FCU is seeking candidates for Member Service Representative (MSR) positions in our branch offices. Experience working in a credit union/bank is required. Our MSR provides credit union services to members in the branch environment.
Responsibilities include opening new memberships, referring consumer and real estate loans to Loan Sales team, promoting e-banking services and cross selling products/services to benefit member needs.
Position will entail working as a team to meet branch goals. Candidate will be expected to have or obtain Notary Public designation. Candidate must demonstrate a highly motivated, positive, outgoing personality to ensure an unsurpassed level of member service to meet and exceed expectations with every interaction.
