Membership Development Officer

The Membership Development Officer will report to the Sr. Membership Development Officer. The MDO will be expected to generate growth in credit union membership and business and school partners by networking, prospecting and being present at other activities. This individual has a highly motivated, positive, outgoing personality and will represent First New York FCU at outreach events, business and school partner events, meetings and community events. Will introduce and educate partners about new products/services and analyze partner needs to recommend tailored sales strategies. The MDO will also assist in growing the KIDS Banking Program. The schedule is based on a 40-hour work week but will vary depending on events. Candidate must possess a reliable vehicle. Will assist in event set up and take down, which will include lifting items of various weight.

Rate of pay range $18.27 - $24.04 per hour
