Operations Specialist

Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences is seeking an Operations Support Specialist in the Office of Admissions. If you are highly organized, able to multi-task and enjoy supporting and communicating with like-minded go getters, this position may be just what you desire. Our specialist position supports the Enrollment Management team via daily processing within our Slate CRM technology system as well as a vast variety of incoming and outgoing communications to colleagues and students. You will use your detailed skills to work with all college and office technology systems, encompass data accuracy, reports, and workflows for success via streamlined processes. If you enjoy a supporting role, while collaborating to help our health science focused students achieve their goals then this position may just be the fit for you.

Required Qualifications:
Associate’s degree and minimum of one to three years of administrative support or related experience is required. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; high proficiency in technology; enthusiasm and positive attitude; ability to work in a team environment, have a high attention to detail and possess the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, high energy and high traffic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Slate CRM preferred.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
