PC Technician

First New York FCU is seeking an entry level PC Technician who will setup, install, repair and maintain PC workstations and peripherals. The candidate will also be responsible for software installs, updates and patches. Candidate should be knowledgeable in PC and printer repair and maintenance. Good diagnostic and problem-solving ability, along with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions and documentation expected. Will provide first level response to trouble tickets and calls, administer end-user support and assistance, and coordinate inventory. May assist in off-hour support and maintenance. Preferred A+ certification, able to lift at least 40 lbs and have a clean driver’s license.
