Exempt: Yes 


Prepares Financial Statements and detailed financial reporting for assigned companies.
Records and reconciles industry specific arrangements such as VBP (value based payment)/risk arrangement/shared savings/capitations, as required.
Performs accounting duties and produces monthly reports and analytics for assigned companies.
Identifies variances and financial trends for revenue and expense line items.
Posts and tests assigned interfaces to general ledger.
Reconciles inter-company accounts.
Performs bank account reconciliations and other general ledger account reconciliations as assigned.
Assists accounting management with coordination of the annual audits and Model Audit Rule testing validation. Performs other duties as assigned. 

BA or BS in Accounting or a substantially similar field plus relevant experience. 

Minimum Experience:
Prior accounting experience. Excellent spreadsheet skills. Experience in use of databases, especially Microsoft Excel. Healthcare experience desired. 

Required Skills: 

• Strong analytical, organizational and communications skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Able to work effectively with multiple monthly deadlines.
