Real Estate Loan Processor

Processes residential/commercial real estate loans to include setting up log sheets, ordering: appraisals, consumer/business credit reports, flood certifications, EDR, title/stub searches, and Home Equity checks.  Will coordinate the entire discharge of mortgage process, follow-up on homeowners and flood insurance, processing closing documents, review and prepare various reports and billing statements, perform quarterly secured stock audit and review all mortgage life and disability insurance.  One to two years of similar or related experience in Loan Processing/Servicing expected along with ability to maintain confidentiality, communicate clearly and have general computer knowledge of Microsoft Suite.

Rate of pay starting range $19.00 per hour
