Customer Service Information Technology Administrative, Support & Clerical
Are you a driven, customer service-oriented IT professional looking for a new opportunity? We have an immediate need for a Technical Support with a well-established local company.
Responsibilities of the Technical Support 
  • Assist end-users with a variety of inquiries and issues
  • Follow-up on assigned tickets to ensure all issues are resolved
  • Create and manage users
  • Create shared mailboxes and distribution groups
  • Create and manage Active Directory users and groups
  • Add/remove licenses
  • Configure and maintain end-user workstations
  • Troubleshoot systems and servers using remote access software
  • Troubleshoot computers and other equipment
  • Provide hands-on customer support when needed, including setting up computers and equipment
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications for the role of Technical Support
  • High School Diploma or Associates degree is preferred
  • Previous experience in a technical support role
  • CompTIA A+ is preferred
  • Familiar with DNS
  • Experienced with O365
  • Previous experience with remote access software
  • Excellent communication skills,  including the ability to deal with frustrated customers in a positive and professional manner
  • Commitment to providing superior customer service
  • Possess excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Able to occasionally travel to customer sites
