Training Manager

First New York FCU is seeking a highly motivated Training Professional to lead the credit union training and employee development initiatives.  The Training Manager will actively research, design and implement effective methods to educate employees of all levels.  Training will include classroom and assigned online courses. Will oversee new hire training and assist with developing and maintaining procedures manuals. Applicant must have experience in developing and implementing curriculum for courses related to excellence in service, effective selling, financial institution products and services and Microsoft suite computer skills. Must have excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and be capable to train technologically advanced banking solutions.  A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in related field AND 5 years of training, management and financial institution experience required.
