The Center for Community Justice was established in Schenectady in 1973 with the goal of making our communities safe, just, and fair.
Our Mission: To provide programs and services dedicated to community-based remedies in the pursuit of peaceful resolutions, accountability, and justice.
Our programs include: *Court Appointed Special Advocates "CASA"
*Legal Hand Call-In Center of the Capital Region
*Schenectady County Reentry Program
*Community Service
*Mix of smaller programs to include a pilot project addressing school truancy.
