Good people are the best asset we have. In an economy with a scarce workforce, great leadership is crucial.
We all know that one person who’s great at their job. Who consistently outperforms others and makes it look natural. They work hard and they receive promotions. That top performer is now a manager, or a team lead, shift supervisor or any other management title you can think of. But can they manage people? Better question: Can people be managed? We manage inventory, manage finances, manage processes, but can people be managed? No, people need leaders and leadership.
Attend this seminar and you’ll walk out with specific action items to help transition from Management to Leader and instill loyalty. Learning objections:
•Identify and expose the critical differences between managers and leaders.
•Determine the negative management techniques you may be using and how to flip them into positive leadership styles.
•Understand how to use “give and take” feedback to drive performance and revenue.
