Given the unprecedented challenges the COVID-19 situation places on in-person gatherings, we will be conducting our winter Team Leadership program online. This online version of the program makes leading your team easier with a combination of self-paced online learning and live, online sessions with MPI practitioners.
This online program will cover leading, managing, communicating and driving execution. You’ll work through a series of modules at your own pace an participate in live, virtual meetings with other members of your learning group.
