Chamber Health Insurance - An Informational Seminar

If you are a small business with 2 to 100 employees or a sole proprietor, please join us for an informational session about the Chamber's health insurance program. As Benefit Choices, the chamber offers different medical, dental and vision plans under local carriers you're familiar with, such as CDPHP, MVP, Highmark (formerly BlueCross BlueShield of NENY), Guardian, Anthem and Delta Dental. New chamber members can enroll employees in any small business plan upon joining, with covreage effective on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Sole proprietors can choose from a variety of individual plans through MVP Health Care.

Our speaker will be Matthew Clarke, principal of OneDigital (Bouchey & Clarke), our insurance program administrator. Topics will include different types of plans, enrollment and change process, and the annual open enrollment period in November. A question and answer period will follow.

Registration is free for chamber members and the general public.
