With up to six forms of mandated leave to administer, employers are needing guidance on how to respond to various requests that may be related or unrelated to COVID. How do employers administer an event that involves both?
Join us for a discussion on the interplay of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), extended Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), NYS COVID Leave, Disability Benefits Law & Paid Family Leave (DBL/PFL) and the new NYS sick leave laws. Our presenters will provide an overview for each of these laws and how they may interact and overlap.
