Are unintentional actions contributing to moments of discrimination or prejudice in your workplace? Small, often subtle forms of prejudice have the potential to enter the workplace and are counterproductive to an inclusive company culture.
Join us on Friday, April 5th for Identifying and Addressing Subtle Forms of Prejudice at Work: Understanding Microaggressions as we define and describe what microaggressions are, who typically experiences them and what we ALL can do to better ensure we are ready to address these moments when they arise.
