Are you aware of the microaggressions that can occur and their harmful impact on workplace environments? Do you want to be able to better identify and address microaggressions when they do occur? In today’s workplaces, it’s essential to be able to recognize, address and prevent microaggressions, subtle forms of bias and discrimination that negatively impact individuals and organizations. Join us for an engaging and interactive workshop on how microaggressions manifest in the workplace and how to identify, understand and begin to address them.


During this workshop, you will:

  • Gain a better understanding of what microaggressions are and their various forms.
  • Explore the effects of microaggressions on individuals and the workplace environment.
  • Learn how to recognize and respond to microaggressions more effectively.
  • Discuss strategies for intervention and ways to create inclusive and respectful work cultures.
