This two hour presentation aim to empower BIPOC Entrepreneurs with the knowledge and tools needed to harness the power of their personal narratives. In a world where systematic challenges are often intertwined with individual experiences, understanding and healing from trauma is a vital step towards achieving entrepreneurial success. 

In this workshop you will:

1. Understand Trauma's impact:

  •  Explore the diverse forms of trauma, from historical and systematic trauma to individual experiences.
  •  Recognize how trauma can manifest in various aspects of life, including business ventures

 2. Recognizing Personal Trauma:

  •  Encourage self-reflection to identify and acknowledge personal trauma
  •  Emphasize the importance of addressing and processing these traumas

3. The Science of Trauma:

  •  An overview of the neuroscience and psychology behind trauma
  •  Explain how trauma affects the brain and body, impacting decision-making and behavior

4. How to stop a shame spiral:

  •  Strategies for breaking the cycle of shame and self doubt that trauma often triggers
  •  Share practical techniques for self-compassion and self forgiveness

5. Reframing Your Trauma Story:

  •  The art of reframing personal Narratives to emphasize resilience, strength and growth
  •  Showcase real-life examples of BIPOC entrepreneurs who have turned trauma into a source of empowerment.

Attendees will get valuable insights and actionable steps to harness the power of their stories, transforming their trauma into a catalyst for success in their entrepreneurial journey.  It will also foster a supportive and understanding community empowering BIPOC entrepreneurs to thrive despite the challenges they may face.
