Presence on Purpose
This hands‑on workshop is about slowing down long enough to identify the one intentional change that will strengthen how you show up and how your work is seen.

Using a proven change framework, this session with Khamali Brown will guide solopreneurs through clarifying what needs to change, understanding who is affected, and identifying a realistic path forward. The workshop emphasizes practical reflection, intentional decision‑making, and next steps that can be implemented immediately - without overextending.

Together we will:

  • Identify the one high‑leverage change that strengthens impact, presence, or visibility
  • Clarify what is changing, why it matters, and how success will be defined
  • Identify key stakeholders affected by the change and their influence

At the end of the workshop, participants will leave with a personalized Presence on Purpose Action Plan outlining their chosen change, key impacts, stakeholder considerations, and a clear next step to take within the next 48 hours.

Khamali Brown is a connector, strategist, and champion for people turning vision into action. With more than 20 years of experience in workforce development and leadership training, she helps teams grow with confidence and supports organizations in driving meaningful, people‑centered change.
