The virtual Talent, Diversity and Inclusion Summit will provide an opportunity for you to learn new approaches and best practices to help elevate your organization's talent development and diversity and inclusion strategies. Closing Keynote Presentation: Unpacking: I Just Can't Find Any Qualified Professionals Of Color
Sharon Smith-Akinsanya, CEO, Rae Mackenzie Group, Author and Founder PeopleOfColorCareers.com
During this session, Sharon Smith-Akinsanya will challenge the claim that there simply aren’t enough qualified candidates of color. She will provide examples and strategies that can be used to overcome this hiring hurdle.
