As National Sales Manager at SKS Bottle & Packaging, she led a team that generated over $9 million in annual revenue, further solidifying her leadership in sales and workforce development.
Today, Lauren is a trusted advisor to organizations nationwide, ensuring they have the right teams to drive results. Outside of her professional role, she is committed to giving back to the community, serving on the Board of Directors for both the University at Albany Alumni Association and Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region, where she also mentors a young girl in the BBBS program.
