It's estimated that 48.6 million Americans are bullied at work, with those who identify as female being the largest target, according to the Workplace Bullying Institute. Workplace bullying impacts our well-being, our relationships, and workplace safety.


Join us for an insightful discussion where participants will gain valuable insights into navigating and preventing workplace bullying. This program is designed to equip attendees with actionable strategies to foster a workplace culture of respect, collaboration, and empowerment.


Speakers:




Monica R. Lenahan (formerly Monica Skanes) joined Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP in September 2011. Ms. Lenahan was previously a summer associate at the Firm. She represents both public and private employers, including schools and colleges, on a wide range of education and employment law issues. She regularly counsels employers to help avoid legal issues, conducts complex and sensitive student and employee investigations, and defends employers in discrimination actions and other complex litigation.







Jennifer MasseySPHR, SHRM SCP, EA-CS™  is the Founder and CEO of Integra HR, LLC. With more than 30 years of executive experience in a variety of industries, Jennifer is an entrepreneur, innovator and strategic visionary transforming clients’ cultures and their employees by focusing on the “Aha” moments and doing what is right even when it is hard. Yalitza Negron-Rivera serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Recruitment for the NYS Teachers' Retirement System. Yalitza holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master of Science in Education specializing in Counseling Student Services Administration, and most recently a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Her passion is helping organizations cultivate a healthy workforce through innovative programs and initiatives while helping candidates identify and secure meaningful and purposeful work.
