Women's Business Council: Homecoming, A Journey Back to Yourself

Event is open to Chamber members and nonmembers.

In a world that constantly tells us who to be, how to show up, and what success should look like, it’s easy to lose touch with our true selves along the way.

This interactive, reflective session is designed for professionals, business owners, and leaders to pause, reconnect, and realign. Through guided grounding, storytelling, and meaningful dialogue, participants will explore who they were before expectations, roles, and responsibilities shaped them and how to move forward with greater clarity and intention.

This program blends reflection with action. Participants will examine how they currently show up, where boundaries may be blurred or missing, and what it looks like to live and lead from a place of authenticity.

By attending, participants will leave with:

• Awareness of how external expectations shape identity and decision-making
• Practical insight into setting, reexamining, and honoring personal and professional boundaries
• Language to check in with themselves more intentionally (“How am I, really?”)
• A sense of belonging and shared experience with others
