Our keynote speaker, Michael Saccocio, Executive Director of the City Mission of Schenectady, will share insight on how to be an effective leader and the value in giving back to others. You’ll hear more about the career path he has chosen and how mentoring relationships have impacted him. Some of this year’s mentors and mentees will also share their experiences.
