YPN PechaKucha Night

Wednesday, April 9, 2025 (5:30 PM - 8:30 PM) (EDT)

Description

PechaKucha Volume 35, Local Lens of the Capital Region an evening of stories that shape our communities.

So, what is a PechaKucha Night? PechaKucha Night is an event in which multiple speakers conduct concise and fast-paced presentations. Presenters will have 400 seconds to tell their story, with visuals guiding the way.

This concept was developed in 2003 by an architectural firm in Tokyo as a fun, relaxed way for people to share their work, ideas, and hidden talents, and has since spread to more than 1200 cities world-wide, including Albany!

YPN is hosting PechaKucha in partnership with The Opalka Gallery and Russell Sage College at Brown's Revolution Hall!  Dinner is included.

Join our hosts for the evening, YPN Executive Mentorship Co-Chairs: James Wighaus, O'Connell & Aronowitz and Jen DeGroff, Siena College along with our emcee Brittany Lawton, Lawton Social as they introduce our amazing line up of local leaders, entrepreneurs, and rising professionals.
