Account Coordinator

Customer Service

Account Coordinator is a full-time position that will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Compensation: $21.63/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
  • Act as a liaison and work inter-departmentally with data, print and mailing departments.
  • Collects and enters orders for products or services from customers as well as salespeople.
  • Be the point of contact for the client and production team for each assigned project. Answer any questions or concerns for the client, as well as, communicate any information required for the production team.
  • Coordinating all aspects of production (job ticket preparation and project management), including preliminary file review, color proofing, quality control, initiate mailing procedures, shipping and distribution process, for multiple projects daily, on a rotating basis.
  • Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the coordinator’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
  • Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Attend daily production meeting to track and communicate current status of jobs in production to make sure they will make target mail/ship dates.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
