Administrative Assistant

WTEN-TV ABC in Albany, New York is hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant provides a full range of administrative support to the Vice President/General Manager and other station personnel, ensuring excellent customer service always.

  • Provides administrative support to the Vice President/General Manager and other station personnel.
  • Manages calendars and appointments.
  • Coordinate and schedule business travel.
  • Maintain files and records.
  • Compose correspondence and prepare documents for transmission and/or distribution. WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT
  • Job posting distribution.
  • Order and track building supplies,
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Requirements & Skills:

  • High School diploma.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Minimum one year’s experience in clerical support or administrative assistance.
  • Proficiency with computers, telephones and other office equipment.

Benefits:Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00
