Administrative Assistant
WTEN-TV ABC in Albany, New York is hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant provides a full range of administrative support to the Vice President/General Manager and other station personnel, ensuring excellent customer service always.
- Provides administrative support to the Vice President/General Manager and other station personnel.
- Manages calendars and appointments.
- Coordinate and schedule business travel.
- Maintain files and records.
- Compose correspondence and prepare documents for transmission and/or distribution. WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT
- Job posting distribution.
- Order and track building supplies,
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills:
- High School diploma.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Minimum one year’s experience in clerical support or administrative assistance.
- Proficiency with computers, telephones and other office equipment.
Benefits:Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00
