We are the industry leader in micro-targeted print magazines with an online component for multichannel campaigns. We are looking for the BEST to join and grow with our organization. Our team is made up of top performers that are highly compensated and can earn up to $250,000/yr and beyond by selling print and digital advertising campaigns to local small - mid-sized companies. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Establish and grow a local neighborhood magazine in one of our available markets.
  • We offer clients a “multi-touch” digital and print branding program that puts businesses in front of the local audiences they serve.
  • Utilize our micro-targeted print magazines combined with digital advertising through Facebook/Instagram and Google Display ads s well as our Listing programs and our own BVM Sports.com website.
  • Make sales & meet with clients in-person or through utilization of current technologies.
  • Evenings and weekends are not required.
  • Offer a product that focuses solely on the good in the community by featuring local families and highlighting upcoming events, news, not for profits, local sports and much more.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Meet and partner with advertising clients who are looking to reach an affluent audience, providing a seamless client experience that adds value to each local business.
  • Get to know the residents in the neighborhood of your publication.

COMPENSATION FOR THIS ROLE IS 100% COMMISSION Our compensation rewards solid performance with a strong commission rate and the opportunity for performance bonuses and plenty of support and ongoing training.

Qualifications and Skills

Many of our most successful people possess the following:

  • 1-2 years of outside sales experience.
  • A proven track record of closing sales.
  • A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and results driven.
  • Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently and autonomously.
